My first trip out of the country!

Posted by Paul Field on Monday, March 24, 2014
this is my very first trip out of the country, and so far seeing a completely different environment is actually really awesome. Knowing people live differently everyday than we do is kind of weird. we see stray animals that look very hungry, and 4 people deep on mopeds. Their everyday life is very different than ours. Coming back to the Dominican would be something I would love to do again. I can't wait to see everyones faces when we give them notebooks, and all of the things we brought to help them. I really like it here!!! not to mention I'm in shorts while my family is in the freezing cold heheh ;) -Jurnee

Ah, the good ol' days in the Portland airport. Here, Marie and Page share their excitement. Here in the D.R., they continue to be excited. They are wonderful people.
